一、KQ-2800BQ型超聲波清洗器概述
1、清洗原理
超聲波清洗機是由超聲波信號發生器(電源)產生的高頻振蕩信號通過換能器(振子)轉化成高頻機械振蕩并傳播到液體中,超聲波在液體中疏密相間地向前輻射并產生數以萬計的微小氣泡,這些氣泡在傳播過程中的負壓區形成、生長,而在正壓區迅速閉合,在這種被稱之為“空化效應”的過程中,氣泡閉合可形成上千個大氣壓的瞬時高壓,連續不斷的產生的高壓就像無數小“爆炸”不斷沖擊物體表面,使物體表面及縫隙中的污垢迅速剝落,從而達到清洗目的。

三、工作原理
1 、電源電路由開關等動力元件組成,將動力電分配到整流電路和控制信號電路。
2、整流電路采用進口優質整流橋,將交流電轉變為直流電。
3、控制信號電路由集成電路產生高頻控制信號。
4、高頻振蕩由進口大功率模塊和功放電路組成,在振蕩回路中產生高頻振蕩交變電流。
5、匹配部分由電感和輸出變壓器組成,用于抵消超聲波換能器中的電抗分量,使其工作在最佳頻率。
6、超聲波換能器由進口特種粘合劑粘接在不銹鋼殼體上,將超聲頻電能轉換為超聲頻機械能。

五、KQ-2800BQ型超聲波清洗器使用方法及注意事項
本機必須嚴格按以下說明操作:
1、供電電源線應接AC.220V電源,其中紅線為火線,綠線為零線,黑線為接地,與地線相連。電源電壓應保持在220v±10%的范圍內,電壓過低將導致繼電器不能可靠吸合,電壓過高將導致超聲波發生器損壞,(注意:供電電源必須有漏電保護開關。。
2、超聲波清洗槽最佳清洗溫度在40℃左右,嚴禁清洗槽內無水開機,否則會因空載而損壞機器,切忌!
3、超聲波發生器里面的風機是供整機散熱的,應保證其正常運轉和散熱通道的暢通。
4、超聲波清洗機應置于干燥、無腐蝕性的環境中,溫度應低于30攝氏度。
5、本機作用說明:
A、超聲波功能使用:將超聲開關(ULTRASONIC)推至ON位置,稍等片刻,超聲波工作,進行工件清洗(超聲波工作時間受定時器控制)。
B、定時器使用:
定時范圍:0S——99.99H
拔碼開關中間的顯示數字為設定的時間。其中,中間的加減調整為:H、M、S
H代表小時;M代表分鐘; S代表秒;其它拔碼調整為0——9
例如:12 S 22 為12.22秒 30M55 為30.55分
99H99 為99.99小時
C、加熱及溫控使用說明
將加熱開關(HEATING)推至ON位置,幾秒鐘后,溫控儀將顯示測量溫度與控制溫度。上面顯示的是測量溫度,下面顯示的是控制溫度,當測量溫度低于控制溫度時,溫控儀上OUT燈亮,處于加熱狀態;當測量溫度高于控制溫度時,溫控儀上OUT燈滅,停止加熱。
控制溫度設置方法:
按SET鍵—進入SP菜單---按向上或向下箭頭調整溫度,調完后按SET鍵退出即可。
6、嚴禁帶電拆機或檢修!

三,work principle:
1. the circuit is composed of swicth as well as other electronic parts, to apart dynamic electricity to rectification circuit and control-signel circuit.
2. the rectification circuit is made of imported high quality rectification brige, to convert alternating currency to DC
3. the control-singel circuit can produce high-frequency control singel by intergrated circuit
4. the high-frequency oscillator is composed of big power mode and circuit, it can produce alternating currency of high frequency oscillator(ostillation).

6. operation instruction:
A. ultrasonic function usage: push the switch to ON position, then the ultrasonic is working to finsih part cleaning(timer controls ultrasonic working time).

The middle of the switch for seting time function, the adjustment of middle for H. M. S. H for Hour, M for Min, S for Second; as for other adjustment for 0—9, for instance: 12 S 22 for 12.22 Seconds, 30M55 for 30.55 mins, 99H99 for 99.99hours.
C. usage of heating and temperature-control
Put heating switch to ON , after servral seconds, the temperature-controller will display measured temperature and controlled temperature, the top is display measured temperature and the down is controlled temperature, it is heating when the measured temperature less than controlled temperature semulantiously “OUT” led lights on temperature-controller; it is stoped when measured temprature more than controlled temperature semulantiously “OUT”led not lighting.
To press”SET” Key—SP menu- pressing “up” or “down” to adjust temperature, re-press”SET” Key to exit after adjusted temperature.
7. the ultrasonic energy convertor is attached in stainless crust by imported special viscocity.

五.Method and attention
this machine must be operated according to following content:
1. Voltage for 220V, Power Voltage will be in between 220V+10% and 220V-10%, low voltage will cause relay couldn’t liable connection, high voltage will cause the demage of ultrasonic generator.
2. ultrasonic cleaning tank’s temperature for 40degree, prohibiting no-water operation in cleaning tank, or else it will demage mchine, attention!
3. the fun of ultrasonic generator is to provide heat elimination , so we should keep nomal operation and good intake of heat elimination
4. to put ultrasonic cleaner in dry place, non-corrosion’s environment, the temp is not exceeds 30 degree.
